    Abstract: The present invention relates to a motor for a thruster. The motor comprises: a case in which a shaft is installed to transfer rotary power to the thruster; a rotor supported by the shaft in the case to be able to rotate; and a stator provided at an inner peripheral face of the case to face the rotor, and including a plurality of coil members stacked along the axial direction of the shaft generating magnetic force for rotating the rotor, and a duct member provided in each interval between the coil members for connecting the coil members, wherein the duct member includes: a plate having a penetration hole; and a plurality of radiation fins arranged radially along the circumferential surface of the plate on the plate and being separated from each other, and the number of the radiation fins increases from a side to the other side in the lengthwise direction of the shaft. According to the present invention, air in the case can flow smoothly around the stator by the radiation fins and cooling efficiency is improved, whereby high-power output of the rotor is maintained with one cooling fan, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost and the overall size of the motor.
