    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an aerogel polyurethane composite is provided to obtain the aerogel polyurethane composite with remarkably low thermal conductivity and excellent insulating performance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an aerogel polyurethane composite comprises: a step of preparing a polyurethane composition by mixing a urethane resin and a hardener(S10); a step of mixing aerogel and ethyl alcohol to prepare an aerogel composition(S20); and a step of mixing the polyurethane composition and the aerogel composition(S30). In the aerogel composition preparing step, charcoal powder is put into a mixed solution of the aerogel and ethyl alcohol. The aerogel polyurethane composite comprises the urethane resin, the hardener, the aerogel, and the charcoal powder.
