Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polyurethane foam sheet is provided to be able to effectively control the manufacturing flow of a polyurethane foam sheet by preventing pre-foaming due to the friction heat generated within a foaming system and over-foaming. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polyurethane foam sheet comprises a raw material mixing step of mixing raw materials including polyurethane resin for foaming and a foaming agent (S1); an unfoamed polyurethane sheet manufacturing step of manufacturing an unfoamed polyurethane sheet (6) by extruding the mixed material (S2); a thickness control step of controlling the thickness of the unfoamed polyurethane sheet by cooling the unfoamed polyurethane sheet (S3); and a polyurethane foam sheet manufacturing step of manufacturing a polyurethane foam sheet (9) by passing the unfoamed polyurethane sheet through a heating system (S4).
