Abstract: An incinerator using a complex heating source is provided to prevent waste gas and heat generated during incineration from flowing backwardly to a microwave generator, by arranging a backflow prevention member on a waveguide of the microwave generator. An incinerator using a complex heating source, includes an incineration unit(30), a microwave generator(20), and a waste gas treatment unit(40). The incineration unit has a chamber(33) equipped with a heater(34) for supplying heat. The microwave generator is equipped with a waveguide(21) communicated into the chamber, and generates microwave into the chamber. The waste gas treatment unit is equipped with a discharge pipe(45) communicated into the chamber such that the discharge pipe discharges waste gas generated from the thermal decomposition of wastes in the chamber to the outside.

CONSTITUTION: Korean wheat 100 parts by weight, potato starch 8-12 parts by weight, sweet potato starch 1-4 parts by weight, egg 1.5-2.5 parts by weight, salt 0.5-1.0 parts by weight, soda 0.3-0.7 parts by weight, and water 40-45 parts by weight are mixed and stirred to make dough. The dough is aged at room temperature for 150-210 minutes. The aged dough is formed in a sheet form using a noodle molding machine. Noodles are manufactured from the molded dough using the noodle molding machine. The noodles are boiled in the boiling water.
