    Abstract: The present invention relates to a fusion method for treating and purifying soil with complex oil/heavy metal contamination through soil washing by using nano-bubbles and through chemical oxidation, and more particularly, provides a method for simultaneously treating soil with complex contamination of petroleum contaminant, such as BTEX, diesel, gasoline, etc., and heavy metals. The method according to the present invention includes a flotation step using nano-bubbles or micro-bubbles, a chemical oxidation step for oxidating petroleum contaminants, and a heavy metal washing step using organic acid and can treat the soil with complex contamination simultaneously and more effectively.
