(해결수단) 강관부재(1)와 그 강관부재에 있어서의 내부의 중공부(1a)에 그 강관부재의 긴쪽 방향에 있어서의 내부를 횡단하게 마련한 보강체(2)를 가지고, 강관부재와 보강체를 용접접합한 구축물용 구성체(A)에 있어, 강관부재는, 그 강관부재의 외주부에 있어서의 보강체의 설치위치에, 그 보강체의 폭치수에 걸맞는 폭에 형성한 이 보강체의 삽입공(20)을 마련하여 이루어지고, 이 삽입공은 강관부재의 외주면으로부터 상기 내부까지 일련으로 마련되어, 보강체를, 삽입공에 있어서, 강관부재의 외주면으로부터 내부로 향한 그 강관부재의 긴쪽 방향과 대략 직교하는 방향으로 삽입시킨다.
