Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose an apparatus and a method for stereoscopic molding particularly useful in molding of a large-sized or a complicate component by accelerating the molding speed without lowering a molding accuracy of the component. SOLUTION: A laser stronger than that of a prior art and a dynamic mirror driven at a faster speed than that of the prior art are used. An optical path of a laser beam is selectively shut off by a controllable shutter disposed on the path of the beam to prevent undesired curing of a material. Further, a suitable servo control feedback loop is provided. Thus, the mirror can be accurately directed at a faster speed than a typical speed. Additionally, a method for reducing a flow of data by suitably distributing a plurality of processors to tasks, and a method for improving interactiveness with a user by utilizing spread sheets are disclosed. These methods contribute to improvement in the molding speed of the component and is particularly useful method in molding of the large-sized or composite component.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose an apparatus and a method for molding a cubic article particularly useful for molding of a large size or a complicated component for accelerating a molding speed without reducing a molding accuracy of the component. SOLUTION: A dynamic mirror driven by a laser stronger than a prior art and at a faster speed than the prior art is used. An optical path of a laser beam is selectively cut off by a controllable shutter disposed on an optical path of the beam to prevent undesired curing of a material. Further, a suitable servo control feedback loop is provided to accurately direct the mirror at a faster speed than a typical speed. In addition, a method for reducing a flow of data by suitably distributing tasks to a plurality of processors, and a method for improving interactiveness with a user are disclosed. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for stereoshaping, in which shaping speed is made to high speed without deteriorating the shaping precision of parts and the same is especially available in shaping of large-sized or complicated parts. SOLUTION: Laser stronger than heretofore and a dynamic mirror driven high-speedily than heretofore are used. Further, the light path of laser beams is selectively interrupted by a controllable shutter arranged on the light path of laser beams and undesirable curing of material is prevented. Furthermore, the dynamic mirror can be accurately directed by a speed more higher than a typical speed by providing a suitable servo-actuated control feedback loop. In addition thereto, a technique for decreasing flow of data by suitably distributing a task to a plurality of processors is shown and a technique for improving the interaction properties with a user by utilizing a spread sheet is shown. Further, these techniques contribute to enhancement of shaping speed of parts and are an especially available means in shaping of large-sized or complicated parts.
