Abstract: 가요성기재의적어도일부분상에전도성층을갖는복합물품. 기재의다양한일부분들사이의전기접속성은이 전도성층을통해얻어질수 있다. 전도성층은전도성표면을포함하고, 전도성표면의제1 영역의적어도일부분상에패턴화된층이존재한다. 패턴화된층은표면조도(surface roughness)를갖는전도성재료를포함하고, 전도성표면과전기접촉상태에있다. 오버코트층이제1 영역의적어도일부분상에존재하는데, 오버코트층이표면조도미만의두께를갖도록, 제1 영역내의전도성층이오버코트층에의해덮이도록, 그리고패턴화된층의적어도일부분이오버코트층 위로실질적으로돌출되도록존재한다. 돌출부는패턴화된층과의전기접촉을가능하게하고, 전도성층을통하여, 패턴화된층의다른부분들및/또는외부전자디바이스에의전기전도성커넥터에대한전기접촉을가능하게한다. 복합물품을형성하기위한방법이또한개시된다. 그러한복합물품의제조방법이또한개시된다.

Abstract: Methods of patterning a substrate with a predetermined pattern having both fiducial marks and main pattern marks, comprising: coating at least a first visible ink and a second conductive ink in at least one longitudinal lane each onto the substrate; applying a predetermined pattern with a resist material onto the first and second inks, the predetermined pattern having both fiducial marks within the lane(s) coated with the first visible ink and main pattern marks within the lane(s) coated by the second conductive ink; hardening or curing the resist matrix material; over coating the pattern with a strippable polymer layer; peeling the strippable polymer layer from the substrate, removing the portions of the first and the second inks not protected by the resist. Patterned substrates prepared by the methods are useful in touch screen displays.

Abstract: A method of plasma treating a flexographic printing plate and a method of using a plasma-treated flexographic printing plate to transfer a liquid to a printable substrate are disclosed. A method of flexographic printing comprises: transferring the liquid from an anilox roll to a printing surface of the plasma-treated flexographic printing plate and transferring the liquid from the printing surface of the plasma-treated flexographic printing plate to a surface of the substrate. A method of plasma treating the flexographic printing plate comprises exposing at least the printing surface of the flexographic printing plate to a plasma.
