Abstract: The present invention provides a flame-retardant pressure-sensitive adhesive, comprising reaction products of the following reaction compositions based a total weight of the reaction compositions as 100 wt. %: 35-99 wt. % of a (meth)acrylate copolymer containing a functional reactive functional group, the functional reactive functional group comprising one or a plurality of the following groups: carboxyl group, hydroxyl group and epoxy group; the (meth)acrylate copolymer containing the functional reactive functional group being formed by free radical polymerization of one or a plurality of monomers; and 1-65 wt. % of a reactive organophosphorus flame retardant capable of reacting with the functional reactive functional group, the reactive organophosphorus flame retardant being formed by reaction of reaction components comprising the following substances: a compound or oligomer containing n epoxy groups, wherein n>=2, and 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide. The flame-retardant pressure-sensitive adhesive meets the halogen-free flame retardant requirements of the UL94V0 standard, and possesses high peel strength and high-temperature static shear strength.

Abstract: An electrically conductive multilayer film for providing an electrical path between two conductive surfaces includes a plastic backing layer, an electrically conductive layer disposed on a first side of the plastic backing layer, and a recovery layer disposed on an opposite second side of the plastic backing layer. An average thickness of the multilayer film is less than about 100 microns. A hollow gasket can be formed from the multilayer film by winding or bending the multilayer film into a flexible hollow closed loop. When the multilayer film is wound to form a flexible closed loop having an outside diameter of no more than about 7 mm with the conductive layer forming an outside layer of the loop, a resistance of the closed loop across a diameter of the closed loop remains less than about 2Ω when the loop is compressed across the diameter by at least 20%.

Adhesive films, adhesive tapes, and bonded members with excellent initial bonding performance, die cutting performance, overlap strength and drop-resistance performance may be obtained by using the polyurethane-based UV-curable composition provided by the present invention.
