Abstract: The disclosed tube securement device (100) attaches to the patient's body (200) and to the tube (300), while allowing for a section of the tube to be detached from the tube securement device. The tube securement device comprises a backing (110) with adhesive coated sections (120, 130). The backing comprises a first end section (120), a second end section (130), and a midsection (140), separating the first end section from the second end section. The tube securement device further comprises a first adhesive (122) on at least a portion of the first major surface (112) of the first end section (120), a second adhesive (132) on at least a portion of the first major surface (112) of the second end section (130), and wherein the first major surface (112) of the midsection (140) is free of tacky adhesive.

Abstract: The disclosed tube securement device (100) is adjustable in size to fit varying sizes and shapes of a part of the body. The tube securement device (100) comprises a backing (110) forming a first end section (120), a second end section (130), and a midsection (140). A first adhesive (122) is on at least a portion of the first major surface (112) of the first end section (120). A second adhesive (132) is on at least a portion the second end section (130). A first perforation line (123) is through the first end section (120) to form a first removable portion (124). In use, the first removable portion (124) can be separated from the first end section (120).

Abstract: A tube securement system is disclosed that comprises a coupling article formed from a backing layer with first major surface and a second major surface. The coupling article comprises an anchor section, a capture section, and a longitudinal portion extending along a longitudinal direction separating the anchor section from the capture section. There is a first adhesive on the first major surface of the backing at the anchor section and a second adhesive on the first major surface of the backing at the capture section. The first major surface of the backing at the longitudinal portion is free of adhesive.
