Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to an air quality monitoring system. The air quality monitoring system can include an interface, a memory in communication with the interface, and processing circuitry in communication with the memory. The interface can be configured to receive air quality information associated with an environment and the memory can be configured to store the air quality information associated with the environment. The processing circuitry is configured to detect, based on one or more transitions in the air quality information associated with the environment, an air quality event at the environment and output, via the interface, to an external device, a notification or remediation action associated with the detected air quality event at the environment.

Abstract: A cabin air quality monitoring system including a communications interface configured to receive snapshot information representing in-cabin air quality of a vehicle, a memory configured to store the snapshot information received by the communications interface and a processing circuitry configured to batch the snapshot information stored to the memory to form batched snapshot information, to execute, using the batched snapshot information as an input, a trained machine learning model to obtain a model output that includes cabin air filter replacement information, and to transmit, via the communications interface, the model output to computing hardware of the vehicle.
