Abstract: PURPOSE: To easily manufacture a device for holding a winding end part and economically, which can withstand all stresses generated at the time of operation and can be refitted, if looseness occurs. CONSTITUTION: The end part of a stator holding winding consisting of upper and lower bars 5, 6 is supported by an outer ring 10, and the outer ring 10 is supported by a bracket 8. The intervals of the upper and lower bars are maintained by a pressurizing hose 13 which is filled with a synthetic resin. The bars 5, 6 are tightened by an inner ring 15. The inner ring 15 is constituted of a closed inside conical ring 15a, a ring 15a of multiple portions, and a supporting segment 15c.
