Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a loss by a secondary flow in a place of a stationary blade row of a turbine while maintaining a publicly known blade shape as it is. SOLUTION: A blade base part 5 and/or a shroud 7 is formed so as to have respectively inlets 17 and 20 of one or more suction passages 16 and 19 in an area of 10 to 50% when viewed from the inflow side of vertical elongation of a shaft directional shroud on the blade side, and these suction passages extend by obliquely penetrating through the blade base part 5 and/or the shroud 7, and these suction passages 16 and 19 are terminated with one or more outlets 18 and 21 on the outflow side of a stationary blade 1.
