    Abstract: PURPOSE: To simplify an adjusting mechanism for a radial-flow exhaust gas turbocharger turbine by providing a row of adjustable guide vanes to be turnable via respective adjusting shafts supported on a casing, and by making each adjusting shaft operable via one turning lever.     Abstract: PURPOSE: To constitute a guide unit with a small number of component items by setting a chord of each guide vane to be smaller than the largest diameter in each adjusting shaft, and by laying a vane profile of each guide vane in an axial direction completely within a radially outer contour of each adjusting shaft. CONSTITUTION: This radial-flow exhaust gas turbocharger turbine is provided with a large number of individually adjustable guide vanes 18. Each guide vane 18 is journaled turnably inside a single casing 14 by each adjusting shaft 19. The each adjusting shaft 19 is constituted to be operable by each turning lever 21. A chord (s) of the guide vane 18 is set smaller than the largest diameter of the each adjusting shafts 19 in this case. A vane profile of the each vane 18 in the axial direction lies completely within a radially outer contour of the each adjusting shaft 19. A guide unit is constituted with a small number of component items without requiring a special approaching means to the inside of the casing 14.
