Abstract: The electric machine has an inner lying rotor and an outer lying stator which is assembled together from an external stator ring and an inner stator ring without use of adhesive. The outer stator ring (4) and the inner stator ring (5) are wound respectively from at least one ring strip (4B,5B) and are connected mechanically permanently with each other. The outer stator ring and the inner stator ring are meshed to each other.
