    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a wireless measuring device and a cable bushing comprising the same. The wireless measuring device comprises a non-metal package adapted to be arranged inside a cable bushing; and a temperature measuring element arranged inside the non-metal package and being capable of wirelessly communicating with a wireless transmitter arranged outside the cable bushing, the temperature measuring element being configured to detect a temperature inside the cable bushing in response to receiving a measuring signal from the wireless transmitter, and transmit the detected temperature to the wireless transmitter.

    Abstract: A gas insulated switchgear and a method for use with the gas insulated switchgear. The gas insulated switchgear (1) comprises a metal gas tank (101) filled with an insulating gas to provide an insulating media for electrical components of the gas insulated switchgear (1) inside the metal gas tank (101); a non-metal component (102) arranged on a wall of the metal gas tank (101) and configured to install at least one of the electrical components, one side of the non-metal component (102) being in contact with the insulating gas, and the other side of the non-metal component (102) being in contact with air outside the metal gas tank (101); a wireless transmitter (103) arranged outside the metal gas tank (101) and configured to transmit a measuring signal; and a wireless measuring device (104) arranged inside the metal gas tank (101) and being capable of wirelessly communicating with the wireless transmitter (103) via the non-metal component (102), the wireless measuring device (104) being configured to detect a temperature inside the metal gas tank (101) in response to receiving the measuring signal from the wireless transmitter (103), and transmit the detected temperature to the wireless transmitter (103).

    Abstract: A switchgear (200) and an apparatus for measuring temperature of the switchgear (200). The switchgear (200) comprises a busbar compartment (202) and a circuit breaker compartment (203), and the apparatus comprises at least one sensor (101) arranged at a busbar (201) in the busbar compartment (202) and adapted to sense a temperature of at least one predetermined position of the busbar (201); a transmission module (102) coupled to the at least one sensor (101) and adapted to transmit data representing the temperature of the at least one predetermined position; and a power module (103) adapted to power the at least one sensor (101) and the transmission module (102), wherein at least one of the transmission module (102) and the power module (103) is detachably arranged at an interface (204) between the circuit breaker compartment (203) and the busbar compartment (202). With the transmission module (102) and/or the power module (103) detachably arranged at the interface (204) between the circuit breaker compartment (203) and the busbar compartment (202), the transmission module (102) and/or the power module (103) may be separately replaced. In this way, replacement efficiency is significantly improved and maintenance costs are reduced. Furthermore, the interface (204) where the transmission module (102) and/or the power module (103) is arranged allows the replacement of the transmission module (102) and/or the power module (103) without powering off the entire busbar (201), which improves reliability of the switchgear (200).

    Abstract: Embodiments of present disclosure relates to an electric device for sensing temperatures of hotspots of a switchgear. The electric device comprises an energy harvester, a first interface terminal and a wireless circuit. The energy harvester is configured to harvest energy of a switchgear. The first interface terminal is configured to interface with a second interface terminal of the switchgear to receive a first temperature signal from the second interface terminal. The first temperature signal indicates a first temperature sensed by a first temperature sensor in the switchgear. The wireless circuit is coupled to the energy harvester and the first interface terminal, and configured to wirelessly transmit a first wireless signal with power supplied from the energy harvester. The first wireless signal is associated with the first temperature signal. By utilizing embodiments herein, the electric device can be replaced without de-energization of the switchgear.

    Abstract: An apparatus (100) for measuring temperature of a switchgear (200) comprises: at least one sensor (101) arranged at or adjacent to a predetermined portion of the switchgear (200) and configured to sense a temperature of the predetermined portion; a transmission module (102) coupled to the at least one sensor (101) via a cable (1021) and configured to wirelessly transmit data representing the temperature; and a power module (103) coupled to a busbar of the switchgear (200) and configured to draw power from the busbar by induction and to supply the power to the transmission module (102) and the at least one sensor (101). On one hand, the number of the transmission module (102) is half or less than conventional solutions, reducing costs of the apparatus (100). On the other hand, the sensor (101) without the transmission module (102) has a tiny volume, which is more convenient to be installed in an appropriate location, such as in the tube (105), to obtain more accurate temperature data. Furthermore, the reduction in the number of parts such as the transmission module (102) also facilitates the installation of the apparatus (100) in the switchgear (200).
