    Abstract: The present invention relates to an arrangement of LCL filter structure and specially a filter structure to be connected to the output of inverter or network converter and to the arrangement of chokes. An arrangement of LCL filter structure comprising three pairs of two chokes (2, 3), (4, 5), (6, 7) per phase U, V, W , respectively. Each of the choke has a winding (10) wound around a yokeless, columnar core (11) having at least two axes X-X, X'-X'. The arrangement is characterize in that the LCL filter structure for a single phase U, V, W has at least one choke with the winding (10) wound around a yokeless, columnar core (11) situated centrally around the other axes Y-Y, Y'-Y'. The axes Y-Y, Y'-Y' are situated parallel to the axes X-X, X'-X' in a such distance that each of the singular chokes of each pair of the chokes is not in contact with any other chokes. A projection of winding (10) wound around the axis Y-Y or Y'-Y', respectively, of at least one choke (4), (5) is overlapped on the other winding (10) of the chokes (3) or (7) arranged around axis X-X or on the other winding (10) of the chokes (2) or (6) arranged around axis X'-X. All pairs of the chokes (2, 3), (4, 5) and (6, 7) are placed inside the shielding enclosure (9) forming one magnetic screen for all chokes together.

    Abstract: A method for protecting an inverter assembly against a direct current arc, the inverter assembly comprising an input (DC IN ), an output (AC OUT ), an inverter (INV), a direct current conductor system electrically conductively connecting the input (DC IN ) to the inverter (INV), the method comprising detecting a direct current arc present in the direct current conductor system by means of an arc detection process, and extinguishing the direct current arc detected by the arc detection process. The arc detection process comprises determining an input power of the inverter assembly, determining an output power of the inverter assembly, comparing the input power and the output power in order to determine whether there is an indicative power difference between the input power and the output power, and detecting the direct current arc if predetermined arc conditions are fulfilled, the predetermined arc conditions include presence of the indicative power difference.
