Abstract: A two-piece fitting for corrugated tubing having a body and one or more snap rings. Each snap ring is securely housed within the body near an opening to an inner area of the body. A plurality of first and second slots can extend in opposing directions through a ring wall of the snap ring. The first slots can, at least in part, define ring fingers having retention projections, and which are configured to provide an inwardly directed spring force at least at a first end of the snap ring. The second slots extend into at least some of the ring fingers, and can provide a second end of the snap ring with a generally outwardly directed spring force. An inner surface of the snap ring can be outwardly tapered at the second end of the snap ring to reduce the force used to insert the tube through the snap ring.

Abstract: A bracket mountable electrical box having a mounting assembly or device that can secure the electrical box to a mounting bracket. The mounting assembly or device can include one more arms that can define at least a portion of a channel that can receive the mounting bracket. The channel can be selectively closed, or at least partially deformable, in a manner that can assist in retaining the engagement between the mounting bracket and the mounting assembly or device, and thus the electrical box. Such configurations can accommodate securing the electrical box to the mounting bracket without at least the use of additional tools.

Abstract: A modular floor box assembly that includes a floor box having a plurality of fittings having passageways for power and data transmission cables. A power deck configured for placement within the interior region of the floor box can include a female deck receptor that is electrically coupled to one or more terminals that are configured for a hardwired connection with at least one of the power transmission cables. The floor box can include an aperture within the interior region adjacent to the power deck that is sized to accommodate passage of data transmission cables, and which is in fluid communication with the passageways. The assembly further includes a removable power puck having a male receptacle configured for plugging into the female deck receptor. The power puck can further include one or more electrical receptacles for electrical coupling to power plugs of external devices, and at least one data opening.

Abstract: An electrical box comprising a perimeter wall having a plurality of sidewalls and a base wall. Each sidewall of the plurality of sidewalls can be generally orthogonal, and directly adjoined by a rounded touch-safe corner, to another sidewall of the plurality of sidewalls. Additionally, a first end of the perimeter wall can be mechanically interlocked to, and coplanar with, a second end of the perimeter wall so as to provide the perimeter wall with a generally seamless sleeve configuration. The base wall, which may be separate from the perimeter wall, or adjoined to the perimeter wall in a monolithic structure, can be adjoined to at least some portions of the perimeter wall. Further, the base wall and the perimeter wall can define an inner region of the electrical box.
