    Abstract: An insulation material for a DC electrical component is suggested. The insulation material comprises a thermoset or thermoplastic matrix and a functional filler component. The functional filler component has a non-linear DC conductivity depending on an applied electrical field strength. At least in a temperature range of 0℃ to 120℃, the functional filler component has a bandgap in the range of 2 to 5 eV, optionally in the range of 2 to 4 eV. Furthermore, a method for producing an insulation material, a use of an insulation material for a high voltage DC electrical component, a DC electrical component comprising the insulation material and the use of a DC electrical component comprising the insulation material in a high voltage DC gas insulated device are suggested.

    Abstract: A planetary gearbox (100), comprising a housing (101) extending along a first axis (X1), an inner coupling mechanism (106) arranged on an inner surface of the housing (101), an input component (102) arranged within and coaxially with the housing (101) and operable to rotate about the first axis (X1), an engaging mechanism (103) arranged in the housing (101) and coupled to the input component (102), the engaging mechanism (103) having a second axis (X2) offset from the first axis (X1) and adapted to be driven by the input component (102) to rotate about the second axis (X2) while engaging with the inner coupling mechanism (106) and an output component (104) coupled to the engaging mechanism (103) and adapted to be actuated by the rotation of the engaging mechanism (103) to rotate about the first axis (X1), wherein at least engaging surface of the inner coupling mechanism (106) and at least engaging surface of the output component (104) are made of one of metal and non-metal material, and at least engaging surface of the engaging mechanism (103) is made of the other of metal and non-metal material.

    Abstract: A gearbox housing (1) comprises a housing body (10) and an annular gear (40). The housing body (10) comprises an annular support (20) extending along an axial direction (A) and a lateral portion (30) provided at a side face of the annular support (20) perpendicular to the axial direction (A), the lateral portion (30) comprising a hole (32) formed thereon for an input shaft to pass through. The annular gear (40) is provided inside of the housing body (10) along a radial direction (R) and adapted to couple to the annular support (20), wherein a plurality of teeth (42) are circumferentially provided at an inner side of the annular gear (40), and wherein a gear wheel (50) with an output shaft (52) is adapted to couple to the plurality of teeth (42). The gearbox housing (1) can reduce the shrinkage of the material during the manufacturing, thereby improve the accuracy of the gearbox housing (1).

The frictional cycloidal drive (10) comprises: a stationary outer ring (1) having a first diameter (D1) and coaxially arranged with an input shaft (4) in an axial direction; at least one circular inner disk assembly (2) having a second diameter (D2) that is less than the first diameter (D1) and eccentrically arranged inside the outer ring (1), the inner disk assembly (2) being in a frictional engagement with the outer ring (1) via a frictional contact surface (51) and movable in a cycloidal trajectory with respect to the outer ring (1) when the input shaft (4) rotates.
