Abstract: This application concerns a magnet having a magnet body (10) as well as a method for manufacturing such a magnet. The magnet body (10) has a first region (23) with first magnetic properties and a second region (24) with second magnetic properties that are different to the first properties. Owing to the manufacturing process of the magnet body (10), the relative location of the first region (23) and the second region (24) within the magnet body (10) is freely predeterminable.
