Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable epoxy resin composition with improved physical and mechanical properties, and to provide a method for two-dimensional fabrication of a heat cured shaped articles in a short time. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the curable epoxy resin composition comprising: a polyepoxide; an anhydride hardener; a 1-substituted imidazole as catalyst; at least a diol; a filler; optionally additives. Wherein the polyepoxide is obtained by reacting an epihalohydrin with bisphenol A or bisphenol F, the anhydride hardener is a phthalic anhydride compound, and the diol is a compound selected from bisphenol A or a polyalkylene glycol and the diol is present in an amount of from 5 to 50 phr of said polyepoxide. Abstract:
The feedthrough (D) has a field controller with a current conductor (10) formed as a capacitor winding (40) and controlling electric fields that act during application of high voltage. An insulator (20) is attached at the current conductor. The winding has electrically insulated capacitor films held at a distance from each other in a radial direction by an insulator film (42). The capacitor films are integrated in the insulator by embedding the winding in a hardened polymer body (23) and guided into a tapered section (21) of the insulator through a mounting flange (30). An independent claim is also included for a high-voltage system comprising a plug-in part.
