The invention is related to a dry transformer (40), comprising a transformer core (10) with at least two parallel limbs (12, 14, 16, 58, 60, 62) and belonging upper (26, 28, 30, 42, 44, 46) and lower (20, 22, 24) yokes and at least two hollow cylindrical coils (32, 52, 54, 56, 112, 114), each arranged around a limb (12, 14, 16, 58, 60, 62). A cooling system comprising at least one wall-like diaphragm (74, 90, 102) in-between neighboured coils (52, 54, 56; 112, 114) is foreseen which is in parallel to the orientation of the limbs (12, 14, 16, 58, 60, 62).

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Transformator, umfassend einen Transformatorkern (50, 70) mit wenigstens einem Kernschenkel (10, 30, 64, 78, 80, 102 + 104) sowie eine um den jeweiligen Kernschenkel (10, 30, 64, 78, 80, 102 + 104) in einem hohlzylinderähnlichen Wicklungsbereich (62) angeordnete Haupt- (106a,b, 112) und eine damit elektrisch verbundene kernnah angeordnete Zusatzwicklung (108a,b, 114). Der Querschnitt des Kernschenkels (10, 30, 64, 78, 80, 102 + 104) und/oder eines ausgebildeten Kernjochs des Transformatorkerns (50, 70) weisen in einer quer zu deren jeweiliger Erstreckung gedachten Querschnittsebene wenigstens zwei durch einen Durchbruch getrennte Bereiche (12, 14, 32, 34) auf und wenigstens eine Windung (18, 20, 38, 40, 84, 86) der jeweiligen Zusatzwicklung (108a,b, 114) ist durch den Durchbruch geführt.

The present invention relates to an electrical device (1) comprising a gas-insulated transformer (101) or reactor. The electrical device (1) comprises a housing (12) enclosing an interior space (14), at least a portion of which defining an insulation space (16) containing a dielectric insulation fluid comprising an organofluorine compound, and an electrical component (18) being arranged in the insulation space (16) and being surrounded by the insulation fluid. The electrical component (18) comprises at least one winding (20, 22). The electrical device (1) further comprises an electrical connector (32) for bringing the apparatus (10) from non- operational state to operational state by connecting at least one winding (20, 22) to a power grid. The device (1) further comprises an auxiliary power source (34) which is connectable to at least one winding (20, 22) when the apparatus (10) is in the non-operational state.

The present invention relates to an active part of a dry-type distribution transformer having an insulation system with electrical field control. An active part of the dry transformer comprising a core (1) with yokes (2) and limbs (3) having an a longitudinal axis (A) around which LV coils (4) and winding bobbin (5) is placed concentrically. The bobbin (5) has a shape of a longitudinal cylinder (5a) which is ended with annular discs (5b). The bobbin (5) is made of material having a dielectric permittivity which is two to five times higher more the dielectric permittivity of the insulating body (8) surrounding the limb (3) around the axis (A), in which the LV coils (4) and HV coils (6) are embedded. The external facial surfaces of the insulating body (8) is provided with a metallic layer (10) having such electric conductivity that the part of the insulating body (8) between an internal surface of the metallic layer (10) and an external surface of the annular disc (5b) has a thickness (d3) which is sufficient for insulation. A side surface of the cylinder (5a) is covered with a resistive layer (7) being a control shield of an electric field around the limb (3) of the core (1) and the HV coils (6) and the LV coils (4).

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kern-Ring (2) eines Transformators (1) oder einer Drossel, welche(r) als Wickelbandkern aus einem Band gebildet ist, wobei zwischen Unterseite (3) und Oberseite (4) des Kern-Rings (2) ein über die gesamte Schichthöhe verlaufender Schnitt (6 - 14, 16 - 25) unter einem ersten Winkel α zur Oberfläche des Bandes und einem zweiten Winkel ß zur Stirnfläche des Kern-Rings (2) eingebracht ist.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for manufacture of a transformer core made of ferromagnetic material, such as amorphous metal or silicon iron, which is provided as a single ribbon layer or as multiple ribbon layers, characterized by the following steps : a) the single ribbon layers or bundle of ribbon layers of ferromagnetic material, such as amorphous metal or silicon iron, are continuously wound into loops, whereas the shape of the core loops is effected by means of an appropriate mandrel to be directly formed into its final shape; b) the single or multiple ribbon layers of the loops are being cut in that - a mechanical device or a laser is used for cutting, allowing fast and precise cutting of the ribbons, and in that - all ribbons of the loops are cut at at least one position along the circumference of each ribbon layer. Furthermore the invention relates to a method of manufacture of a transformer having a core manufactured according to the method being illustrated before as well as to a transformer provided with such a core manufactured according to the claimed method.
