Abstract: The device has plate springs (82, 83) provided between a sealing body and a sealing head. A lever arrangement has two arms with recesses which are fixed in the forked openings. Studs of the head are inserted into the recesses when a handle enclosing bent portions of the lever arrangement moves from one position to another position such that the studs and the head move away from a plate and the springs are relaxed.
