Abstract:
The method is provided for manufacturing a perforated sheet-like high-voltage insulating spacer (2) for a high-voltage component, which component comprises a field grading condenser core with the spacer which is wound in spiral form around an axis (A), with electrically conducting layers (3) which are inserted between successive windings of the spacer, and with a polymeric matrix which penetrates the spacer (2) and which embeds the spacer and the layers(3). The method comprises at least steps as follows: an electrically insulating tape (2) is moved in a running direction (R), a pattern (P) of parallel extended cutting lines (21, 22) is inserted into the tape, and the patterned tape is expanded at right angle to the cutting lines (21, 22) in order to form a spacer with a perforated three-dimensional lattice structure (LS). The combined effect of cutting a tape and expanding the cutted tape allows the formation of spacers with a manifold of sizes which exceed the size of the tape in function of manufacturing parameters, in particular in function of the configuration of the pattern and of the magnitude of the expansion.

Die elektrische Komponente ist für eine Hochspannungsanlage bestimmt. Sie weist in koaxialer Anordnung einen längs einer Achse (A) erstreckten, auf Hochspannungspotential führbaren Stromleiter (10) auf sowie einen am Stromleiter (10) befestigten und den Stromleiter umfassenden starren Isolierkörper (20), einen am Isolierkörper (20) befestigten, auf Erdpotential führbaren Montageflansch (30) und eine elektrisch leitend mit dem Stromleiter (10) verbundene und an einem Ende (12) des Stromleiters (10) befestigte, haubenförmig ausgebildete Steuerelektrode (50). Der Isolierkörper (20) enthält eine feste Polymermasse (21), die durch Aushärten einer vorgeformten, fliessfähigen Polymermasse gebildet ist. Bei Betrieb der Anlage steuert die Steuerelektrode (50) das elektrische Feld zwischen dem Stromleiter (10) und dem Montageflansch (30). Um die elektrische Komponente in einfacher Weise fertigen zu können und um die Betriebssicherheit der Komponente zu erhöhen, ist die Steuerelektrode (50) nichtlösbar mit dem Stromleiter (10) verbunden und weist eine beim Vorformen und Härten der fliessfähigen Polymermasse gebildete, formbeständige und zumindest aussen mit einem Leitlack (52) überzogene Haube (51) aus der festen Polymermasse (21) auf oder ist die Steuerelektrode (50) elastisch verformbar ausgebildet und weist eine mit einem leitenden oder nichtleitenden Lack (52) überzogene Haube (51) aus einem elastomeren Kunststoff auf.

The electric component is designed for a high-voltage system. Said component has, in a coaxial arrangement, a conductor (10) which extends along an axis (A) and which can be maintained at high-voltage potential, a rigid insulating body (20) which is fixed to the conductor (10) and which surrounds the conductor, a mounting flange (30) which is fixed to the insulating body (20) and which can be maintained at ground potential, and a control electrode (50) which is connected to the conductor (10) in an electrically conductive manner, which is fixed to an end (12) of the conductor (10), and which is designed in the form of a hub. The insulating body (20) contains a solid polymer material (21) which is made by curing a preformed flowable polymer material. During the operation of the system, the control electrode (50) controls the electric field between the conductor (10) and the mounting flange (30). The aim of the invention is to produce the electric component in a simple manner and to increase the operating reliability of the component. This is achieved in that control electrode (50) is connected to the conductor (10) in an undetachable manner, and the control electrode has a hub (51), which is produced during the preforming and curing of the flowable polymer material, which is dimensionally stable, which is coated at least on the outside with a conductive lacquer (52), and which is made of the solid polymer material (21), or in that the control electrode (50) is designed so as to be elastically deformable and has a hub (51) which is coated with a conductive or non-conductive lacquer (52) and which is made of an elastomer plastic.
