Abstract: Safety arrangement for a switchgear assembly, having a cylindrical insulating container, which consists of insulating material and is open at a first end, and into which a fuse cartridge or fuse can be inserted, the first end of said fuse cartridge or fuse being electrically conductively connected to a first contact arrangement and the second end being electrically conductively connected to a second contact arrangement. The fuse cartridge is fixedly connected at its first end to a closure apparatus for the insulating container, which closure apparatus has a sealing body (41) and a sealing head (43) connected to the sealing body (41). A spring arrangement (82, 83) is provided between the sealing body (41) and the sealing head (43).
