Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an antigen-specific antibody having high antigenicity and low toxicity. SOLUTION: This antigen of a polypeptide is characterized in that the polypeptide includes (1) a receptor-binding domain of exotoxin A of Pseudomonas, and (2) at least two copies of peptide sequences.
