Abstract: An optical fiber cable management panel is provided with slideable drawers and structure within the drawers for cable management and/or connection to other devices. Tray inserts drop into the drawers to provide the appropriate management and connection devices. A movable take-up mechanism manages the cable entering and exiting the drawers at side openings. Stackable pivoting storage trays on the tray insert include a detent arrangement for holding each tray in a pivoted access position. The tray inserts further include a front key, and a back tab mounting arrangement for mounting the tray inserts to the drawers, and side radius limiters including notches for extending over raised portions of the drawer. The take-up mechanism includes a U-shaped trough section and cable retention tabs. A control mechanism is provided for controlling movement of the take-up mechanism relative to the drawer.

Abstract: A cable clip with cable segregator includes ends and a side defining an open space, a series of open ended slots for holding and organizing telecommunications cables defined in the open space and outer grooves for mounting the cable clip with segregator into a mounting opening. The slots can be deep enough to hold two cables and may have an interior profile with a narrow opening, a nominal width, and one or more widened portions for receiving cables of different sizes and shapes. The cable clip with cable segregator can also include trumpet flares around the edges of the ends and side to provide bend radius protection for cables passing through the clip. The present invention also relates to a cable riser with cable clips with segregators mounted in a wall of the riser to hold and organize telecommunications cables that pass into the riser. Abstract: A cable routing clip consists of a rear crosspiece, two clip arms extending from the front of the crosspiece and forming an open ended slot, a pair of retaining members extending across the open end of the slot and one or more mounting tabs extending from the rear of the crosspiece. The inside faces of the clips arms are rounded to provide edge protection to cables help by the clip and the outer faces are planar and suitable for applying indicia of the cables within the slot. A front face of a retaining member is also planar and can accept indicia. The rear mounting tabs fit into rectangular slots and include ramped faces and locking notches. When two tabs are present, one of the tabs can be shorter than the order so that a smaller rectangular slot can used on one side of a pair of mounting slots. The invention also relates to a riser with one or more channels which receive telecommunications cables and directs and organizes these cables into a plurality of vertical cable paths defined by a plurality of cable clips.

The center post of the spool may be characterized by two different radii (97, 98, 99) of curvature. The spool holder is pivotally mounted in the holder mount. The holder mounts define a plurality of mountin g locations which allow for a staggered stack of spools and spool holders. The spool holders and holder mounts may also include detent tabs and notches (33 , 34).
