Abstract:
A novel compound excellent in heat resistance, resistance to volatilization, and compatibility with a resin component and useful as a UV absorber and a synthetic resin composition containing the compound are provided. Specifically provided are a triazine compound of general formula (1), preferably general formula (2) and a synthetic resin composition containing 0.001 to 20 parts by mass of the compound per 100 parts by mass of a synthetic resin. The details of formulae (1) and (2) are as defined in the description of the invention.

Provided is a light-blocking film capable of efficiently blocking ultraviolet radiation in a long wavelength region of 380 nm to 400 nm with the use of a small amount of an ultraviolet absorber added thereto. The light-blocking film is characterized by comprising at least one triazine compound represented by the following Formula (1) as an ultraviolet absorber or having the triazine compound coated thereon: (wherein, R 1 to R 3 may be the same or different and each represent a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms or the like, with a proviso that the alkyl group and the like are optionally substituted with a hydroxy group or the like and optionally interrupted by an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, a carbonyl group, an ester group, an amide group or an imino group, the substitution and interruption optionally existing in combination; and R 4 to R 6 may be the same or different and each represent an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms or an alkenyl group having 2 to 8 carbon atoms).

Provided are: a photocurable composition which comprises one type or more of an ultraviolet absorbing agent represented by general formula (1); and a hard coat agent composed of the photocurable composition. (1) (In the formula, R 1 to R 3 are the same or different and represent a C1 to 20 branched or linear alkyl group substituted with a (meth)acryloyloxy group. This alkyl group may be substituted with a hydroxy group, a C1 to 8 alkoxy group, or a C1 to 8 acyloxy group. A stabilizer for chlorine-containing resins of the invention consists of a polyol mixture composed of pentaerythritol and condensates thereof, wherein, with respect to the total amount of the polyol mixture, the content of pentaerythritol having a degree of condensation (n) of 1 is 0 to 10% by mass and the total content of pentaerythritol and condensates thereof having a degree of condensation (n) of 1 to 3 is 5 to 30% by mass. A chlorine-containing resin composition of the invention contains, with respect to 100 parts by mass of a chlorine-containing resin, 0.01 to 10 parts by mass of the above-mentioned stabilizer for chlorine-containing resins.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter which is excellent in photodegradation prevention of a near infrared ray absorbent in a near infrared ray-absorbing layer. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing film for solar cell having excellent light resistance, heat resistance and weatherability by preventing yellow discoloration due to impact of light and heat, and to provide a solar cell using the sealing film.SOLUTION: For 100 pts.mass of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 0.01-20 pts.mass of triazine compound represented by a specific general structural formula is blended, preferably 0.01-10 pts.mass of hindered amine compound having a partial structure represented by a specific general structural formula, more preferably 0.01-10 pts.mass of hindered amine compound represented by a specific general structural formula is blended.
