Abstract: The present invention is a stabilizer composition for vinyl chloride resins comprising: (A) an organic acid calcium salt and/or an organic acid zinc salt, (B) a β-diketone compound and (C) a blue pigment, wherein the ratio by mass (A):(B) of said components (A) and (B) ranges from 99.9:0.1 to 15.0:85.0 and the content of said component (C) ranges from 0.1 to 5.0 parts by mass relative to the total of 100 parts by mass of said components (A) and (B).
