Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the high-speed transmission of an information packet to a buffer without unrequired delay and to improve system performance as a whole by transmitting the first packet of information positioned in a local buffer to a medium, starting an interrupting signal which indicates the transfer completion of the packet and transmitting the second packet from a queue to the local buffer. SOLUTION: The system includes an application 600, a carnel 602, a device driver 604, CPU 620 being a part of a hardware 606 and a network controller 608. In the system, program interruption 610 is utilized in order to report that the transfer of the packet 616 to the medium is completed and also the local buffers 612A-612D become utilization possible as against the packet 616 to the system. Then, the performance of a transmission system for the packet 616 in the FIFO queue 618 which is waiting for the utilization of the local buffers 612A-612D is improved.
