Abstract: PURPOSE:To effect sweeping while forming a phase locked loop by sequentially setting a clock rate for each sweeping step frequency unit to a frequency divider in a DDS(Direct Digital Synthesizer) by means of a controller, thereby, eliminating the need of analog voltage in the sweeping. CONSTITUTION:The inner clock rate of a DDS 33 is set sequentially for each sweeping step frequency unit by means of a controller 32 and a variable sweeping frequency is outputted thus realizing a sweeping function. The variable frequency is fed to one input of a phase comparator 36 and the output from an YTO(YIG-tuned Oscillator) 38 is fed to a frequency divider 37 where the frequency is divided by N. It is then fed to the other input of the phase comparator 36 and an output signal therefrom is employed in oscillation frequency control of the YTO 38 thus locking the phase. Consequently, the oscillation frequency of the YTO 38 is outputted stepwise while being phase locked at all times.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve operativity, in frequently operating key switches while looking at a screen, by eliminating the movement of line of sight and hands for key operation to the most. CONSTITUTION:A data knob 21 is provided with a pushbotton switch 12, and a switch status storing part 12b wherein the number of times the switch was pushed (switch signal 12a) is stored and the status whether the switch is pressed or not is determined and then switch status signal 12c is outputted is provided. A pulse conversion part 14 wherein, receiving the rotary pulse signal from a rotary encoder 24, the switch status signal 12c from the pushbotton, and the signal of a function mode register 13, conversion pulse signal 15 obtained by converting the rotary pulse signal by N-times is outputted, and function conversion signal 16 wherein the pushbotton switch 12 is assigned to an elements set switch function means is outputted, is provided, so that the frequency which the line of sight moves from the screen for elements setting operation is decreased.
