Sistema de corrección óptica (10) para corregir defectos visuales de un ojo (120), el sistema (10) de corrección óptica comprende: analizador de frente de onda (26) para determinar una diferencia de trayectoria óptica entre un frente de onda de referencia (131) y un frente de onda con aberraciones (130) del ojo (120), un conversor (40) para proporcionar una corrección óptica de cada ojo basada en la diferencia de camino óptico e índices de refracción del medio (126) a través del que pasa el frente de onda con aberraciones (130), caracterizado porque: el sistema de corrección óptica comprende además: un tren óptico en la trayectoria del frente de onda con aberraciones que comprende una primera lente mantenida en una primera posición fija y una segunda lente para cambiar la longitud de la trayectoria óptica entre dicha primera y segunda lentes.
