Abstract: A method of forming films of superconducting ceramics is disclosed. The method involves electrodepositing a mixture of metals of the type which can be oxidized into superconducting ceramic. Thereafter, the metals deposited are oxidized to form the superconducting ceramic deposit. Deposits made by this method are also disclosed.
