Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve controllability at use for medical treatment or the like, by integrally enveloping the base unit part of an X-ray tube, cell, charge circuit, high voltage generator circuit and control switch through an insulator and fully coating a device with a conductive material. CONSTITUTION:A base unit part 13 except a thin contour part 14 of an X-ray tube 11 having the part 14 emitting X-rays from its point end, rechargeable cell 31, charge circuit 33 having a core 37 wound with a coil 36 and able to be operated from the outside without using wiring connection by approximating a core 39 wound with a coil 38 from the outside, high voltage generator circuit 32, and remotely controlled switch 41 used with an optical fiber, optical switch, etc. are integrally molded by synthetic resin 34 and fully coated by a conductive material 35 to form a portable X-ray generator 30. Accordingly, the generator can be safely used for a medical treatment device, while the necessity for using a cable or the like can be eliminated and controllability can be substantially improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily perform focusing of an electron beam to a target, by arranging permanent magnets to the periphery of a small diameter part of a tube body and suitably selecting magnetic force of the permanent magnet and its position. CONSTITUTION:A tube body 12 is constituted by a major diameter part 13 and minor diameter part 14 and the inside is evacuated or sealed with gas. A point filament 15 for generating an electron beam is arranged in the inside of the part 13. While a target 17 for converting the electron beam to X-rays is arranged at the tip of the part 14. Further one or plural annular permanent magnets 20 are provided to the periphery of the part 14, and a position of the magnet can be suitably moved and adjusted along the part 14. Suitable selection of magnetic force and the position of said magnet 20 can focus to permit the electron beam to efficiently collide against a small area part of the target 17.
