Abstract: 1. The method of producing a liquid mixture for spraying, especially a silicone mixture. Characterized in that: The synthesis proceeds by cohydrolysis of phenyl-chloro-silanes in water, in the presence of an aliphatic alcohol, in the amount of 6 to 25 percent by mass with respect to water. This is followed by alkaline condensation polymerization at the temperature between 120 degrees C and 160 degrees C, in the presence of alcohol solutions containing 0.02 to 0.5 percent by mass of alkaline-metal hydroxides. Finally, a solvent is added in the amount of 35 to 80 percent by mass with respect to the dry mass of the resultant substance.
