Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking system flying a marking material having viscosity such as a coating material as a large particles by using a diaphragm pump driven by piezoelectric elements to automatically print and coating an article to be coated such as a cylindrical member with the particles. SOLUTION: A marking system has a moving mechanism 5 moving the pump cartridge 3 integrally connecting a diaphragm pump 1 and a marking material supply container up and down in a controllable manner and a moving mechanism of an article to be coated and drives the multistage pump cartridge and both moving devices of an article to be coated in synchronous relation to the flying droplets of the marking material emitted and flown in a dot form from the pump cartridge by the regeneration control signal from a control panel storing the printing data of the mark preliminarily formed by a personal computer 15 and having the microcomputer arranged to a control unit 12 built therein to apply printing.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comply with a request to obtain an adequate amount of spray corresponding to the size of a coating pattern in a simple structure and to obtain always an adequate atomizing-condition without any special sense or skill so as to solve such a problem that when an air spray gun which atomizes a coating and sprays it over an appropriate pattern by compressed air is used by adjusting the size of the pattern, at a coating position the change of only the size of the pattern without changing the amount of spray will vary the thickness of the coating film and produce an uneven finish. SOLUTION: The spray gun is constituted in such a way that the movement position of an adjusting knob of a pattern regulator is interlocked with the movement of a trigger in the spray gun operation and the margin of the trigger is enlarged corresponding to the enlargement of the pattern, whereby the opening of a coating valve interlocked with the trigger is enlarged.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To considerably increase spraying amount by a simple operation in the case spraying in a large amount is partly required at the time of changing colors, washing, or automatic coating even if the spraying amount is restricted by additionally providing an orifice in a pipe so as to lower the spraying amount of a spray gun. SOLUTION: A valve having an orifice hole formed in the inside is so installed as to be brought into contact with or parted from a seat part of coating material flow channel. Consequently, when the valve is brought into contact with the seat part, the flow rate is throttled by the orifice hole and, when the valve is parted from the sheet part, a coating material is enabled to flow at a large flow rate.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dot marking device that performs the effective marking on a surface of a material to be coated by automatic controlling by using a diaphragm pump type cartridge. SOLUTION: An ejection block 7 is so constituted that a plurality of diaphragm pump type cartridges 6 each is filled with a marking material selected corresponding to a color of a mark are detachably attached to a frame body 5 which is driven straight by a guide mechanism and comprises plural pieces of shelf placed at equal intervals. A head face 8 wherein ejection nozzles are arranged in a line is formed. A material 9 to be coated disposed opposite the ejection block 7 is driven in the horizontal direction and the ejection block 7 is driven in the vertical direction in synchronism with the movement of the material 9. Marking is performed on a surface of the material 9 such that an ejection signal based on data for marking preset in the cartridge 6 of the ejection block 7 to be programed is sent in synchronism with the relative and twodimensional scanned driving. When the paint has a characteristic of fast drying, a means that supplies and circulates a washing liquid to the nozzles is provided.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharging device for marking by which a trademark or the like is automatically marked on a material to be coated by a piezoelectric element-driven diaphragm pump. SOLUTION: A diaphragm pump 1, and a device which a paint bag 2 for feeding marking material such as paint 2 and the diaphragm pump 1 are planarly connected and integrated into one body to form are housed in a vessel- like frame body 3 to form a discharge device for marking. The diaphragm pump 1 consists of two diaphragm pumps made of glass arranged opposite to each other in a pump house and is equipped with a suction valve and a discharge valve. The paint bag 2 connected to the diaphragm pump 1 is a solvent resistant transparent bag. A suction pipe 4 connected to a suction port of the pump 1 is airtightly inserted into the paint bag 2, and the paint bag 2 is planarly mounted on the frame body 3. And a discharge nozzle of the diaphragm pump 1 is provided with a nozzle cover 21 with a washing hole, and a suction pipe frame 22 and a bag pressing guide 23 for preventing the bubble from being suctioned are arranged in a supply mechanism.
