Abstract: Abstract Some embodiments provide an apparatus for controlling the motion of a camera component. In some embodiments, the apparatus includes an actuator module. The actuator module includes a plurality of magnets. Each magnet of the plurality of magnets is poled with magnetic domains 5 substantially aligned in the same direction throughout each magnet. The apparatus further includes a coil rigidly disposed around a lens. Abstract: The color response of camera devices may be calibrated, using a correction factor that can account for differences in the spectra of light emitted by different light sources used during calibration. The correction factor may be calculated based on the expected spectral sensitivities of the camera devices, the power spectrum of an actual light source, and the power spectrum of a canonical light source. The correction factor is then applied to adjust a measured color response of a given camera device, so that the adjusted color response is effectively the response of the given camera device if it had been illuminated by the canonical light source. In this manner, any measured color response differences, which may be due to differences between the actual light source used and the canonical light source, can be effectively reduced (if not essentially eliminated.) Other embodiments are also described and claimed.

Abstract: Ein System und ein Verfahren zum Erzeugen eines Bilds mit Superauflösung mithilfe einer Bilderfassungsvorrichtung. In einer Ausführungsform erfasst ein elektronischer Bildsensor eine optische Referenzprobe durch einen Strahlengang. Danach stellt ein Prozessor für optische Bildstabilisierung (OIS) den Strahlengang zum elektronischen Bildsensor um eine bekannte Menge ein. Eine zweite optische Probe wird dann entlang des eingestellten Strahlengangs erfasst, so dass die zweite optische Probe von der ersten optischen Probe um nicht mehr als einen Subpixelversatz versetzt ist. Der OIS-Prozessor kann dieses Verfahren wiederholen, um mehrere optische Proben mit mehreren Versätzen zu erfassen. Die optischen Proben können kombiniert werden, um ein Bild mit Superauflösung zu erzeugen.
