Abstract: A pipet device (A) includes a pipet nozzle (1) formed with an internal passage (10) and a hollow pipet tip (4) removably attached to the nozzle (1). The tip (4) is movable between a normal fixed position and a completely detached position relative to the nozzle (1). The nozzle (1) is formed with an external-air intake groove (16). The intake groove (16) is closed by the tip (4) when the tip (4) is at the normal fixed position. The intake groove (16) is exposed from the tip (4) when the tip (4) is moved from the normal fixed position toward the completely detached position.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipette device, where a pipette nozzle is not made longer than required and the risk of a sample being stuck wrongly to the pipette nozzle can be eliminated or reduced, when a pipette tip is pulled out from the pipette nozzle at a high speed. SOLUTION: The pipette device is provided with the pipette nozzle 1, which is constituted to be capable of generating suction negative pressure and a discharge pressure in the inside, and a tip-mounting part 15 to which the pipette tip 4 is fitted so as to be detachable is installed at the pipette nozzle 1. A communication passage 16 installed at the pipette nozzle 1 the passage being blocked when the pipette tip 4 is fitted to the part 15 and which can make the inside of the pipette nozzle 1 and the inside of the pipette tip 4 communicate with their outsides, when the pipette tip 4 is removed from the part 15 so as to be set to an open state, while the pipette tip is being removed is.
