A polymer composition comprising at least one EPDM polymer, wherein the at least one EPDM has an ENB content per polymer chain (EPC) of from 80 to 150 determined according to equation (I): EPC = ([ENB] x 10 x Polymer Mn) / 120 g/mol (I) wherein '[ENB]' is the content of units derived from ENB in the EPDM polymer in % by weight (based on the total weight of the polymer which is 100% by weight) and Polymer Mn is the number average molecular weight in kg/mol of the EPDM polymer as determined by gel permeation chromatography a content of ENB from 6 to 20 % by weight. Also provided is a polymer blend composition comprising a blend of a first EPDM polymer and a second EPDM polymer wherein the polymer blend has an ENB content per polymer chain (EPC) of from 80 to 150 and wherein the polymer blend has a total ENB content of from 7.5 to 20 % by weight based on the total weight of the polymer blend. Also provided are curable compounds containing the polymer or the blend, methods of making the compounds, cured compounds and articles.

The present invention relates to a catalyst mixture containing at least one metal complex according to the formula (1) CyLMZ p , and at least one metal complex according to the formula (2) InLMZ p , wherein Cy is a substituted cyclopentadienyl ligand that contains the substituents R 1 , R 2 and 3 additional methyl groups, wherein R 1 means H, halogen or a C 3 -C 20 substituent and R 2 means a C 1 -C 20 substituent, In is an indenyl ligand, optionally substituted with one or more substituents R 3 , wherein the one or more substituents R 3 mean independently C 1 -C 20 hydrocarbyl substituents, and independently for each formula (1) and (2) M is a group 4 metal Z independently is an anionic ligand, p is number of 1 to 2, preferably 2, and L is an amidinate ligand of the formula (3) wherein the amidine-containing ligand is covalently bonded to the metal M via the imine nitrogen atom, and Sub1 is a substituent comprising a group 14 atom through which Sub1 is bonded to the imine carbon atom and Sub2 is a substituent comprising a heteroatom of group 15, through which Sub2 is bonded to the imine carbon atom.

A copolymer comprising repeating units derived from ethylene, at least one C3-C20-α-olefin, at least one non-conjugated diene, and at least one dual polymerizable diene, wherein the copolymer has (i) an intensity ratio D of ≤ 0.5 and (ii) a molecular weight distribution (MWD) ≥ R, wherein R depends on the branching index g'(lll) of the copolymer and wherein R is -27.7 times g'(lll)+29.2, when g'(lll) is ≤ 0.90; and R is 4.3 when g'(lll) is > 0.90 and up to 0.99. Also provided is a catalyst composition for making such copolymers containing at least two different metal complexes, a process for making the catalyst composition, a process for making the copolymer and to articles obtained with the copolymer.

CyLMZ p (1), comprising a substituted cyclopentadienyl ligand (Cy) and an amidinate ligand (L), Cy is a substituted cyclopentadienyl ligand that contains the substituents R1, R2 and 3 additional methyl groups, whereof two of the methyl groups, provided they are vicinal may optionally be exchanged by an anellated C 6 -C 10 aromatic ring, wherein R1 means H, halogen or a C3-C20 substituent R2 means a C1-C20 substituent L is represented by either formula (2) or (2b).
Further claims relate to a catalyst system containing said metal complex and a process for manufacturing polymers wherein said metal complex or catalyst system is used.
