Abstract: Process of producing a polymer comprising (i) feeding a monomer stream (1) containing the monomers for producing the polymer into a reaction unit (4) containing at least a one reaction vessel where a reaction mixture containing solvent and the polymer is produced in a polymerization reaction using at least one catalyst, (ii) feeding a fraction of the reaction mixture produced in the reaction unit (4) into a recycle stream (2) for reintroducing it into a reaction vessel of the reaction unit (4); (iii) reducing the temperature of the recycle stream (2); (iv) reintroducing the recycle stream (2) into at least one reaction vessel of the reaction unit (4) to produce a reaction mixture containing a polymer by a polymerization reaction using a catalyst.
