Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the title magnetic resin composite material having a high magnetic field orientational property and a high oxidation-resistant property by a method wherein the magnetic resin composite material is composed of the specific wt.% of rare earth-iron base nitride magnetic powder, a lubricant, a coupling agent and thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:The title magnetic resin composite material is composed of rare earth-iron base nitrogen magnetic powder, in the range of composition showing, ferromagnetism, of 84 to 99.5 wt.%, a lubricant, containing one or two or more kinds selected from fatty acids, amines, fatty acid salts, and fatty acid amides of 0.10 to 5wt.%, a coupling agent, containing at least a kind selected from titanaium and silicon, of 0 to 5wt.% and thermosetting resin, containing one or two or more kinds selected from epoxy resin, epoxy denatured phenol non-saturated polyester resin, of 0.2 to 15wt.%. As a result, excellent magnetic resin composite material, having both magnetic field orientational property and an oxidation-resistant property, can be obtained.
