Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geometric figure data processing apparatus capable of realizing a stable processing system with a wide application range. SOLUTION: A geometric error processor 3 processes the geometric figure data of an error inclusive form stored in a geometric error data storage 2, by means of an arithmetic operation with error. A data conversion processor 62 converts the geometric figure data of the error inclusive form on which the arithmetic operation with error has been performed to a geometric figure data of no error inclusive form. A geometric processor 7 for obtaining no contradiction detects and eliminates geometric contradiction produced on the converted geometric figure data of no error inclusive form.
