Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio device which determines the position of a newly added radio device to a plurality of communication ranges or a plurality of radio devices among the plurality of the radio devices and the newly added radio device. SOLUTION: Three time differences are calculated between the propagation period which a beacon frame propagates from the radio device 10 to the radio devices 20, 30, and 40 and the propagation period which the beacon frame propagates from the radio device 10 to the radio devices 50. Moreover, three time lengths are detected after the three radio devices 20, 30, and 40 receive the beam frame from the radio device 10 until it receives the data frame from the radio device 50. Three communication ranges d D2 , d D3 , and d D4 among the radio device 50 and the three radio devices 20, 30, and 40 are determined based on the three time differences, the three time lengths and a response time in the radio device 50. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radio equipment capable of reducing a delay of a radio network that is autonomously established. SOLUTION: Respective radio equipment 31 to 43 transmit and receive packets PKT having a header HD with a route label stored therein. The route label is composed of either label information A showing that a packet PKT is transmitted along a radio communication path between a transmission source and a transmission destination or label information B showing that the packet PKT is transmitted to an unspecified number of radio equipment within a radio network system 100. The respective radio equipment 31 to 43 determine processing contents of a packet PKT with reference to a route label stored in a header HD of the packet PKT transmitted from different radio equipment and process the packet PKT in accordance with the determined processing contents. The respective radio equipment 31 to 43 apply spread spectrum to transmission data by a predetermined spread code that is optionally selected among a plurality of spread codes, modulate a spread signal subjected to the spread spectrum by the frequency of a specified channel and transmit the spread signal.
