Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting/controlling generation of reaction in the downflow of signal transmission and depending on whether the signal transmitting material is active or inactive. SOLUTION: The nanotube structure 30 detecting reaction in vivo comprises a microreactor 40 holding GTP binding protein in biological materials, pipes 50 and 52 for feeding GEF/GAP to the microreactor 40, a microreactor 36 set to be able to transfer signals in vivo to the microreactor 40 and holding the target molecule of a signal transmitting material, and a nanotube 42 set to be able to transfer electron to the microreactor 36 and detecting transfer of the electron generated by activation and inactivation of the target molecules generated in the microreactor 36 which transfer is detected corresponding to feeding GEF/GAP to the microreactor 40, and comprising a porphyrin metal conjugate.
