Abstract: An electronic device (10) comprising: a housing (18). The housing (18) comprising a sidewall defining an opening (19) and a housing hole (58), and a tray ejector (50). There is also a removable tray (20) receivable in the opening (19) and comprising a body (22) configured to accommodate an electrical card within a thickness of the body; and an external end (21) having a tray hole (28) extending through the external end (21). Wherein, when the body (22) is fully inserted into the opening (19) the electrical card communicates with a circuit board of the electronic device and the housing hole (58) is aligned with the tray hole (28) to receive an instrument for actuating the tray ejector (50).

Abstract: An electronic device (10) comprising: a housing (18); and a connector (40) at least partially within the housing (18) that receives a tray (20) when a first end of the tray (20) is inserted in a first direction (39) through an opening (19) in the housing (18). The connector (40) comprises a retainer (46) that exerts a first retaining force on the tray (20) when the connector (40) receives the tray (20); the first retaining force allows movement of the tray (20) in the first direction (39); and the first retaining force prohibits movement of the tray (20) in a second direction (59) opposite to the first direction (39).
