    Abstract: Improved techniques that enable users to download digital media assets are disclosed. According to one aspect, digital media assets that a user has acquired from a remote media repository can be authorized for download multiple times. This, for example, allows a user to subsequently re-downloaded digital media assets that the user previously acquired. In one embodiment, digital media assets that a user previously downloaded to a user client device from a remote media repository can be made available to the user for subsequent re-download. Advantageously, a remote media repository can, in effect, provide users with a remote backup for previously acquired digital media assets.

    Abstract: Some aspects of this disclosure relate to apparatuses and methods for implementing capability signaling design for 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) release 15 (Rel-15) and/or release 16 (Rel-16) multi-input multi-output (MIMO) enhancement. For example, systems and methods are provided implementing designs for New Radio (NR) MIMO channel state information (CSI) for a small bandwidth part (BWP) and/or a small number of subbands. For example, some aspects relate to a user equipment (UE) including a transceiver configured to communicate with a base station and a processor communicatively coupled to the transceiver. The processor receives, from the base station, a CSI reporting configuration message. The processor determines, using the CSI reporting configuration message, that a number of physical resource blocks (PRBs) of a BWP associated with the CSI reporting configuration message is less than a threshold number. The processor also generates and transmits a CSI report for the BWP.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to techniques for a wireless device to perform channel state information reporting. The wireless device may receive channel state information reporting configuration information. The channel state information reporting configuration information may include an indication to use a wideband precoding matrix indicator format for 3GPP release 16 type II channel state information reporting. The wireless device may perform channel state information reporting using a different reporting configuration than 3GPP release 16 type II channel state information reporting using a wideband precoding matrix indicator format based at least in part on the channel state information reporting configuration information. The wireless device may also or alternatively perform 3GPP type I channel state information reporting using a unified spatial basis selection framework for rank indicators of 3 and 4 for any number of channel state information reference signal ports.
