    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) includes a first subscriber identification module (SIM) and a second SIM. The UE is configured to establish a first cellular network connection based on, at least, the first SIM and a second cellular network connection based on, at least, the second SIM. The UE detects a collision between i) multiple paging occasions or ii) multiple paging frames. The UE then initiates a procedure for updating a paging occasion for the first cellular network connection. The UE monitors for a page over the first cellular network connection during the paging occasion.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for reducing collisions of transmission data for a first subscriber (e.g., a voice subscriber) with transmission data for a second subscriber (e.g., a data subscriber) at a dual sim dual active (DSDA) user equipment (UE) are described herein. A DSDA UE may be configured to implement a modified skipUplinkTxDynamic feature that avoids collisions by buffering transmission data of the data subscriber and sending a (later) scheduling request (SR) for a grant for that data. A DSDA UE may regulate data subscriber transmissions to avoid a transmission duration for the voice subscriber. A DSDA UE may reduce certain transmissions for a voice subscriber (subject to a block error rate (BLER) threshold for the voice subscriber) to lower the probability of collision. A DSDA UE may operate a data subscriber and a voice subscriber in the same cell to avoid collisions due to RF tuning and/or relative slot overlap.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to techniques for customizing a data radio bearer re-establishment throttle timer for a wireless device. A data radio bearer (DRB) re-establishment throttle timer length may be determined for a first DRB, based at least in part on characteristics of the DRB, such as a packet delay budget for the DRB. It may be determined that radio link failure has occurred for the DRB. An unsuccessful attempt to re-establish the DRB may be performed. A DRB re-establishment throttle timer may be initiated. The determined DRB re-establishment throttle timer length may be used as the length of the DRB re-establishment throttle timer. A subsequent attempt to re-establish the DRB may be performed after expiration of the DRB re-establishment throttle timer.
