Abstract: An apparatus for coating the internal surfaces of pipes comprises two pigs which engage against the internal pipe surfaces and are movable through the pipe, and which define an intermediate zone therebetween for receiving the coating material. A spraying device capable of spraying material in the radial direction is connected to the intermediate zone via a material feed line. Upon being drawn through the pipe, the coating material is fed to the spraying device which atomizes the material and conveys it to the internal surfaces of the pipe.
