Abstract:
The valve driving system (1) for the cleaning of industrial filters comprises a remote control unit (6), at least a driving unit (8, 8') operatively connectable to at least one valve (5, 5') of an apparatus (2) for the cleaning of industrial filters, storage means (10, 10') of electric energy connected to the driving unit (8, 8'), transformation means (11, 12, 31, 11', 12', 31', 33) for transforming pneumatic energy into electric energy, which are connected to the storage means (10, 10'), associable with the apparatus (2) for the cleaning of industrial filters and able to transform the pneumatic energy generated by at least one flow of air inside the apparatus (2) into electric energy for powering the driving unit (8, 8').
Abstract:
The cartridge monitoring system (1) for industrial air filtering plants, characterized by the fact that it comprises: - at least one air filtering cartridge (2) installable inside an air filtering plant (3); - at least one radio frequency identification device (4) associated with the cartridge (2) and configured to transmit at least one authenticity code relative to the cartridge (2); - radio frequency communication means (5) associable with the air filtering plant (3) and configured to communicate with the radio frequency identification device (4) to receive the authenticity code relative to the cartridge (2); - processing and verification means (6) of the authenticity code, connected to the radio frequency communication means (5) and configured to verify the authenticity of said at least one authenticity code relative to said at least one cartridge (2).
Abstract:
The valve device (1) for the cleaning of industrial filters comprises: - a body (2) having an inlet opening (3) for compressed air and an outlet opening (4) for the compressed air; - a membrane (12) in an elastically deformable material housed inside the body (2), having a perimeter portion (12a) associated integral with the body (2) and a central portion (12b) moving between a closing position, in which it is arranged to seal closing a transit mouth (7), and a maximum opening position, in which it is arranged spaced from the transit mouth (7); - actuator means operatively associated with the membrane (12) and suitable for moving the central portion (12b) between the closing position and the maximum opening position; wherein the membrane (12) comprises, in the proximity of at least a section of the perimeter portion (12a), a protruding portion (12d) suitable for squeezing itself against the inner surface of the body (2) and for accumulating elastic energy during the movement of the central portion (12b) from the closing position to the maximum opening position, and suitable for giving back the elastic energy in the form of a thrust during the movement of the central portion (12b) from the maximum opening position to the closing position.
