Abstract: The present invention provides a polypropylene-based resin composition comprising a polypropylene-based resin (A) including a continuous phase consisting of a propylene polymer (a1) and a rubber phase consisting of a copolymer (a2) of ethylene and α-olefin having 3-10 carbon atoms, and an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer (B) which is a polymer of ethylene and an α-olefin having 2-10 carbon atoms, and an inorganic filler (C) as an optional component, having the MFR at a temperature of 230° C. and a load of 2.16 kg of 0.1 to 3.0 g/10 minutes.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a heterophasic polypropylene compositions comprising 78-85% by weight of a propylene homopolymer or copolymer matrix with up to 2.0% by weight of ethylene units, 15-22% by weight of an elastomeric ethylene-propylene copolymer and a clarifying agent. The composition has an intrinsic viscosity of the xylene soluble fraction at room temperature of from 0.5 to 1.5 dl/g and a melt flow rate (230° C., 2.16 kg) of 0.5 to 10 g/10 min. The compositions of the present disclosure can be used to prepare sheets for thermoforming applications.
